Ok, so we agree that the bar for full benefits has already been raised to age 67 for those born in 1960 or later and to varying degrees for those born earlier. That is all I was saying. It was a safe bet for Gore to say he will not raise it, it had already been done and not even implemented yet since it starts with those born in 1938 who are not yet ready to draw.
