td, why would anybody pay for this company when they can buy the parts at a deep discount in the near future? maybe swtx can make a go of it. however, history tells us differently.

btw, i;d say swtx went way down hill when hood took over. before hood, there was NEVER a question of viability. NEVER.

is swtx too poor to get listed with nasdaq? lgto had a massive financial bust and they still trade.
