Aus - The Lexar issue is a side show. The real and only issue is the stock price, plain and simple. After all the last few fantstic qtrs when the future too is "visible", a feature which many companies don't have, and all the new and growing markets for the companies products what do we have?

Looks very much today like the price is heading for the $50s again. Someone said todat/yesterday that htis is a great company with fabulous fundamentals and it is also a great stock to short!

Why? Beats me. This is arguably one of the greatest stocks to own at this time when everyone is looking for good growth into the next few years. Yet what treat is install today? A tank to the $50s and we'll be lucky if it even holds that.

Patience running out here if the stock is a pariah then is there any use fighting it?

Best regards,

L

I suspect
there are LEXR shareholders that got into this company not
knowing the full patent infringement story.

That is the cost of not reading the prospectus. They realize it now. Look at the chart.

"SanDisk risked the entire future of the company
on developing the CompactFlash standard.
Reimer knows this. He is an ex-SanDisk employee.
To claim now that he started Lexar not knowing
this fact is just a bit far-fetched."

Maybe Reimer, accusing SNDK of anticompetitive behavior, wants to create another Micrsoft type antitrust action. Remember that, even though the parties pay the legal bills, the U.S. taxpayers pay for the operation of the courts and the salaries of all the judges and employees wasting time on this barritry.
