nite: nite is the only mm left 4 sale. nite didnt selloff on monday like most inplay stocks due if no deal is announced. nite is sitting is such a sweet spot to demand a high premium for the huge financial firms who want this added nitch to their firms and KP knows this.(45 to 60 would be my guess for a buyout range) imo nite would fetch a very high premium from current levels...this could be right up there with my marshall industries call where we nailed 20 points on that takeover play. and of course this is only my opinion so please always do you own due diligence
