Art, I agree in general terms with your comments. Kodak has a lot to prove to have any credibility. But I do believe that a minor economic slowdown has unknown risks for SanDisk. I don't know what percentage of 1) people would not purchase SanDisk products if a recession hits, 2) if people stop taking vacations, 3) if people put off buying digital cameras.

Although I greatly respect your views, I believe there is an inherent risk in SanDisk's fundamentals with a slowing economy. These are risks that nobody can quantify at this point because 1) no one knows, for sure, if we have a soft or hard land looming, 2) what kind of sales slowdown would hit SanDisk with even the most minor of economic slowdowns, and 3) any lawsuit always presents the possibility of negative consequences (even if warranted or not).
