I don't think so... I don't think anyone is saying there aren't productivity gains. They appear to be overstated. You have to admit, it makes NO sense having some 'mole' in Washington deciding how much more productive this years computer is than last, no? If it's more productive, it will create more end product per person per period of time. I see nothing that points to this NOT happening to some extent... and if it does it would ALREADY be in the productivity numbers.
