AS an anecdote the biggest boom/bust realestate market in the country [PHX] is definitely slowing 'some'... still plenty of building though.

Things are booming here too- Except manufacturing, which is all moving out of the country. Most of the boom however is financed with printing press money. Let the presses roll on.... Lord help us if they ever stop.
