Very interesting post, thank you for referencing them here, Peter. BTW, the CIST arbitrage play is still there. CLL touched 43 today, and at that price CIST should be worth 86 cents. I've been getting filled between the bid/ask, 67 today. My stake is still very small in $ terms, tho impressive in number of shares. I recognize that when something seems too good to be true it usually is. Still, I'm not aware of any roadblocks to the merger, and so far as I know the CIST shareholders meeting is still set for Nov 2. Maybe I'm reading the prospectus wrong?
