IMO-we are in sympathy with the SOX; there are also some who go to the sidelines for earnings announcements. Another factor was how far we came in 3 days, we were due for some consolidation. We will resume the uptrend tomorrow, barring some problem with the forward look.

Dear Andrew:

> Is this the problem this morning?

No! The problem is NSM and the association LSI has with the semi sector! The mentality is based on the notion that an apple and a banana are both fruits. Now if you pick an apple and it is rotten then by default the banana is also bad! But the reality is not all apples are rotten and above all a banana and an apple taste completely different.

Tomorrow things will be a bit better.

Regards,
