Motion to Strike as a SLAPP - DENIED! The Honorable Judge Rushing tentatively denied the Varian anti-SLAPP defendants' two Motions to Strike as a SLAPP in this morning's hearing. All matters including the two Motions to Strike Demurrers are under submission. Trial, here we go and I still predict I will beat the despicable Varian Medical, Varian Semiconductor, Susan B. Felch & George Zdasiuk SLAPP plaintiffs at trial! And yes, I will post until I am dead!
