NT relies less on "legacy" systems than Cisco relies on the low/mid range routing business (another "legacy" system). That is my primary point UF. NT is taking over a huge tornado (fiber optics). Cisco's business, outside of high end routers (where they are starting to lose market share) is primarly "legacy". What market of Cisco's is in tornado? High end routers? Yes - but they are losing market share to JNPR and others in this area. My point in spades is that Cisco's business is main street - and an aging main street. What is in hyper growth for them?
