Lexar Media has previously filed against SanDisk in District Court on these issues...

"In March 1998, the Company filed a complaint in federal court against Lexar for infringement of a fundamental flash memory card patent. Lexar disputed this claim and asserted that our patent was invalid or unenforceable, as well as asserted various counterclaims including unfair competition, violation of the Lanham Act, patent misuse, interference with prospective economic advantage, trade defamation and fraud. The Company has denied all of these counterclaims.

Do they become more meaningful the second or third

Did Eli say during the conference call that Industrial Sector was down 30%?

IF he said this, was he referring to year earlier quarter or sequential quarter?

When I hear Industrial Sector, I translate this to read, Telecom Sector

When I hear Telecom Sector, I translate this to read,
Cisco and Lucent.

OT Is Cisco a good short at 55?

Do you mean that you think management is more responsible for the reception on Wall Street than the idiot analysts and self serving portfolio managers trying to manipulate the stock price to their advantage? We ought to be very, very happy that SanDisk has an honest and skilled management team that, time after time, acts in its shareholders best interests. In fact we're lucky that SNDK mangement is not of the same ilk as Lexar.
