RE: Sandisk news today
Lexar filed suit to get a patent upon which they [Lexar] have already been found to have willfully infringed declared invalid on the ground that Sandisk promoted Compact Flash as an open standard back in '95, but now want to collect royalties on royalties on it. They are accusing Sandisk of fraud, among other things. See siliconinvestor.com for the release. It is a nonsense suit, designed to stall. It is having an effect on Sandisk today, but won't mean anything in the long term, IMO. But I would interested to hear your take on it.

Sam

Hi Zeev,

look like there is lots of buying support everytime this market moves down -- do you still see 3300 before 3600?
