Fully agree Mike. The marketing of analysts and their houses is starting to take a back seat to reality.

In ML's case, their credibility was hurt more by some of Mr. Blodgett's calls on the internet sector and it's coming back to haunt them.

Now hopefully, a better analysis means a positive view of the better firms, and in the long run, will reward them for their accuracy, not their marketing for their superstars.
