Yes it does, however ART usially is tied more to Real estate then Stocks. The Art market will usially peak within 1-2 years after the Real Estate market. In essence Art is a furnishing, especially in the 20-50,000 range. The secret in ART is buying it right. I never loose money on my buy's because I buy them right so Even if the market tanks I will get out close to even. There are many charletains selling dreams, and a capucino it aint much differnt from stocks. That being said, I havent bought much in 6 months, and have paired down my inventory because prices are unsustainably high.
