Jordan Kimmel, of Magnet Management is today’s guest on CNNfn’s "Talking Stocks."

He stated that he feels the market has bottomed out and is oversold. He feels the early weeks of Nov. should be much healthier. In tech stocks he looks for the following: topline revenue growth, growth at a discount relative to their price and stocks still moving up. This tends to happen most often in the tech sector.

JDSU and CSCO- momentum is broken. Though growing, smaller names may be better value. For example he recommends VETX.

VETX- Kimmel’s fund’s #1 holding. Small company that is wireless enabler of inventory management.

Other top holdings include: ADBE, CMVT, PEB, TOPP, and VPI. These are growing and still have momentum. Feels that when momentum is gone in companies, fundamentals deteriorate later.

Kimmel’s market outlook is DOW: 12,200 by year’s end and NASDAQ: 4,000 by year’s end.
