<<So Tom, who is your "source?" Oh yea, I forgot, you are a "journalist." >>

As a jounalist he is protected from the need to cite sources. He can just make it up.

I didn't catch Tom Costello's coverage or read the FDA release, so the first I heard of it was on this thread. It's amazing how ignorant investors can be. Even if SDL had an exposure to the medical laser market how big could it be when communications make up 90% and laser printing is the only other segment that gets mentioned in their conference calls?

Ah, well, let the scoundrels do what they have to do. The truth will out (as it has all along) and those who follow the fundamentals will benefit.

Go see the recently-released movie The Contender for a good example of what happens when you try to take a short-cut to the top.

Pat

That rumor of an FO miss was listed under "Trader Talk", i.e. what the Naz traders are feeding the press. I like for Costello and Pisani to mention the "trader talk". These "traders" are not only trying to spook retail, they are also doing their best to screw fellow traders.

We are sophisticated enough to interpret.<g>
