Thank you Jeffrey. The article was extraordinarily well researched and well written. It presents an even handed view of the topic, and strives for a balance between the protection that should be afforded to board posters and the protection from defamation that corporations and their officers reasonably deserve. It's a long read, but worthwhile. And for anyone intending to sue a poster for messages posted, or who finds themselves defending such a suit, this is excellent source material. The detailed references and considered analysis of not only the cases, but the implications behind them, will serve you well. Level Head
