ANTC appears to be racing lower for manipulated short-covering. . . before it begins tracking A.T.&T. and "The Libertys" higher. I'm staying with the safer value-driven plays. . . . the high-fliers just won't move without the SOX.X.

GE had a great day today. Congrats to all those who picked it up below 50 yesterday.
