>>>How might this affect our relationship with AOL?

We don't have a relationship with AOL (wish we did), Intuit is the one with the relationship. After 18 months of testing AOL bill pay, I would hope they would think twice about switch vendors. Seriously, I doubt AOL pays much attention to CheckFree, they are more worried about Time Warner and Cable.

IMHO,

Benny

Slightly OT

This weeks issue of Business Week has 2 stories worth reading. AW's AOL post reminded me that they hasd an interesting story on Microsoft's .Net strategy. In an interview with S. Balmer he was asked who their greatest competion was and outlined why he viewed it as AOL... not Oracle or Sun.

There was also a story about bill payment in the e-commerce section of BW. Nothing new for this crowd, and not very well written in my opinion. It left the unknowing with the impression that scan and pray was driving the gains in e-pay volume this year. No mention of Checkfree. I would post the article, but the site is limited to BW subscribers.
