News from the field. EWeek 10/23/2000 (formerly PC WEEK) page 3, "The Buzz" headline - "AMD heats up chip war". Story about faster chips, price cuts, and Gateway, Compaq, and HP AMD's coming to market. Also 2 page ad on page 12 - 13 about which processor is now fastest (AMD, of course). Redbird
