Tom: I a holder of BLSW at a cost basis of 32.50. HWP announced a buyout for all stock today at .2433 shares of HWP = around $22-$23. BLSW has $150 million in cash and this is a $495 million stock deal. I will be part of a shareholder lawsuit. This stock is worth much more. bobp
