Good points Theo. I forget sometimes that not everyone has news alerts popping up at them, even while at work...many people won't even see the news until tonight. I was wondering if this news would change their filing, but there is no material change to the company, so it shouldn't effect the filing at all, should it? Seems to me, putting other news aside, that we could see three possible pops coming...one when we can see the filing, the second when it first pops up as "co compliant" on the OTC site, and the third when it hits the BB....hmmm, make that possibly 4, assuming that it goes to BB on "eligible status" with only one MM, then 30 or so days later, goes active and more MM's come on board. But who knows....I've seen some go through a few pops, then a couple months later, wished the dang things had stayed pink.
