The P2 was the Pentium Pro (P6) core (as is the P3) which dates all the way back to 1992-1993 as to when it was first started to be developed.

The P4 is a completely new core. The first since the P6.

I expect a retraction immediately or you will suffer the consequences of such a absolute(ly) wrong statement.
