Mike they are selling this to few operators in Europe.
Former NN had started this two years ago and seems to have the best solution.
Time will tell

I'm not 100% sure Mike, another issue I hope is touched on during the CC. Personally, anything that involves Larry Ellison is potentially troublesome, but could be a great opportunity...we shall see.
