I'll wager 3 to 1 odds Lexar succesfully delays at least another month when Nov.6 rolls around.

...and then succesfully delays another month after that. Any attorney-types out there care to enlighten the rest of us on how many times a Defendant can delay a trial before being forced to finally face the music?

It took SNDK's IR/PR all day to produce THAT? They should have got it out earlier...and, last I checked, its not even listed on any wire (or hit the "news item" column on SI)..

What's (almost) worse than no response? A response that no one pays attention to, is late, and you can't find anywhere...SanDisk needs to hire some proper IR/PR folks

A product injunction might seem anti-competitive.

WHAT????

What is anti-competitive about protecting a company's legitimate patents. Are the loonies running the asylum?

Besides, nothing motivates a license like an injunction.

After reading Lexar's press release, one wonders 'who is suing who?'
