Marc,

I saw that too and:

"Nortel said it expects to grow faster than its peers in 2001, with growth in revenues and earnings per share
from operations growing in the 30 to 35 percent range."

So AHAA is selling into a growth machine. The whole action in the after-hours is just some air being taken out of the last overvalued sector, optics, IMHO. The growth will still be there, AHAA will still succeed in selling lots o' chips to that area, BUT the valuations in that sector may go down.
