The thing to me that is key is the Bill Presentment metric, from a 1 million annual bill presentment run rate to a 1.7 million annual bill presentment run rate in one quarter... I guess you may say that it's early to try to measure it, but it's a start. What would really be interesting info. is where those Bill Presentments came from.. If they came from a more "technical" web site like Quicken, I'd give it a weighting of 1. If it came from a less "technical" web site, i.e., the U.S. Postal Service, I would give it a weighting of 2. I like 2's better because they mean quicker consumer adoption... As Benny would say, imho...
