You forgot the UGLY!

With a price of $50 U.S., NT's p/e now stands at 48, well below the mean average of companies trading in the optical and networking sector.

Wake up! They don't make money for shareholders. They lose money. Proforma don't mean a thing unless some day they plan on making real money for shareholders. When will that be? What will the margins be then? What will it's growth rate be then? Don't be so obtuse! This stock is going in the crapper!
