Renard, many are getting ready to go long in CSCO and the others. They may wait until they see if they all go down a few more points tomorrow (probably in the am) and then jump in for a nice snapback at some point before probably selling off a bit again. Whipsaw action is likely coming for a few days in this sector. They gotta manufacture volatility to make quick money for their clients. Like it or not, it's the new game on Wall Street, imo.
