Tell us about this terrible scandal no one knows about but you. It's known as the $3 Billion+ sale of the Elk Hills Naval reserve to Occidental in a closed bidding process orchestrated by Tony Couehlo (who left congress for activities related to his participating in a "irregular" bond offering involving Drexel Burnham and Micheal Milken) and was Gore's campaign manager before he developed "diverticulitis" (a common intestinal tract problem which many people have and is more "inconvenient" than life threatening).
