Nice article. But there is no "praise" of any Bush environmental record in Texas in that article. This write-up simply documents all the Federal efforts focused Texas, and the fact that Texas remains the most polluted state in the union today, despite this large Federal effort, testifies further to the dismal Bush record on the environment in Texas. Texas would be so much better off if Bush had any commitment to environmental concerns rather than to his corporate buddies. If he had worked in concert with the Federal programs to clean up pollution in Texas rather than try to subvert them.
