On the surface, that news sounds good, but I don't have huge faith in Sino-foreign JVs. I notice that TST puts up most of the cash, but it appears that China partner is in control. Isn't that the way it usually works? I suppose that it's promising if everything goes well. Also telling, I think, is that TOM seemed to move up more on the news than TST did. That said, TOM's price is starting to look tempting in recent weeks, but I'd like to see it fall to around .60 before I try restoring my position. Mike
