In short, this man does not deserve to be president. And if he does get in it will be the people behind him who will do all the work and really run the country. Knowing this he picked Cheney. Someone in the family and also in the oil business who knows everything about how the White House works. He will be like GW's baby-sitter. No one expects Cheney to ever be prsident unless GW gets killed. He has almost zero charisma but he can protect GW like a tough uncle. That is what "Baby" George needs the most.
