Thai, the new Regulation FD (in effect now) prevents companies from giving analysts guidance or material information before giving it to the rest of us. The situation was bad and so I commend the SEC (for once) for making an effort to correct it. Now the SEC needs to adopt the NASD's proposed electronic trading system for the OTC/BB market that they reportedly will submit in the next few weeks, so another source of manipulation is eliminated to protect small investors.
