Actually, I got the impression from John Roth's comments that NT has sufficient engineers. Rather they're not all sufficiently trained. I didn't expect, from the conference call comments, NT to go out and hire engineers en masse. I do expect focussed training to increase their productivity.

i.e. - more revenue / engineer without increasing COGS and should lead to somewhat higher GMs.

agree entirely. When your worst problem is having so much business you can't find enough engineers to install the systems,
how bad can it be?
