<<So let's say ANTC will do $1 billion this year and add it to what Arris Interactive may do. You come up with $1.5 billion in 2000 revenues. >>

You can't just add Arris revenues to Antec. You need to eliminate the intercompany sales. (Arris to Antec) After removing about half of Arris sales to Antec, the incremental revenues from Arris may only be about $250M. Yields about a .7 PSR.

Although the sales should be at a significantly higher gross margin.

According to Antec Press release:
"Arris had revenue of $329 million last year and $254 million in the first half of this year - about half on sales to Antec."

You are right I have probably overestimated Arris run rate, but even at $500MM for the full year (which I think assumes no growth) I think a billion translates to a reasonable price to sales.

I have not followed ANTC that closely until recently so I am not sure about management's record re: communication with stockholders. I can say that I was not happy with the prior Arris arrangement and that this is preferable. I also like the way management breaks out their financial reporting along the 4 segments. I can forgive a lot of bad manners for that kind of clarity.

I empathize with stockholders with high costs on this stock, but ANTC is not alone in taking an ass kicking. I'll know more after the call next week but I'm inclined to belive that the long-term will work out just fine even for folks with high purchase prices.

Good luck to all.
