Technology Stocks are NOT Dead. This period must be a market manipulator's dream.

Drive down those stock prices in the hands of the weakest among us, get everyone into the final panic of thinking there will be no recovery. Then slowly load up by spreading favorable news bites (truth or fiction) until the next big upward surge leaves everyone, except the patient longs, wondering why they didn't load up when the forced prices were at their lowest.

Several current analyists (Rukeyser, Band, Navellier) seem to know that technology issues will gain in strength over the long haul. No one will point to just which tech stock should be recommended, but the first surge will be in those old economy (nuts and bolt companies) whose businesses will profit from this unlimited use of tech communications.

This turn around may take several months, years, or decades
but it would seem that PNL is poised to offer the old economy companies a way to improve their sales and profit margins.
