Uncle: Great news! Significant progress on the laser. The question is not "if", but "when"... I think they must reach the industry standard 10,000 hours life. I infer that this announcement means they have completed their patent applications. wj

announcement is nice, but as far as the big boys are concerned, we will have a Blue Laser product in FY 2001...so Im not surprised that we didnt get ANY pop on this news...
