Hi Jack & all - 1st thx Pat for the CC writeup. It helps alot. Yes, NT was priced for perfection. And a 4% miss of the top line results in a 15 pts sell off in the AHT seems to be the street logic these days. And we are not talking about NT all time high in the 80s! My high margin not withstanding, I ve a low ball bid in. Who knows, maybe the specialists are desperate enough to give me some :). If they do, I will unload some of my other losers. best, Bosco
