The FDA governs the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States (HPUS), and since the active ingredient in Zicam is listed there, it is in effect FDA approved to the degree required. You can read all about the HPUS at hpus.com . The FTC governs claims that companies make in their advertising, labeling, etc., and Gum Tech is entitled to claim that Zicam reduces the duration of the common cold by 75% because they have two independent clinical studies to back it up, one of which was published recently in ENT Journal. Again you prove how little you know. In fact, you prove that you don't know anything. Your game is to short a stock, manipulate the price, and attack message boards on the Internet. Notice that knowledge of the company that you are jacking with isn't even part of the equation. If Gum Tech announces the results of the preventative clinical study for Zicam, and it shows that it prevents the common cold, you are going to learn how expensive ignorance can be.

Regarding your lawsuit, you and Steve got off temporarily only because of a technicality due to the venue where the lawsuit was filed. The merits of the case weren't even heard by the court. Do you think there's just a wee chance that you would have been found guilty of cyber smearing if the court had heard the evidence? Did ZiaSun refile their case in the proper venue? Keep it up here and you might find yourself in court for cyber smearing this company. I don't think it would be hard to prove. Over 50 postings here in 11 days since the short was initiated. Postings on Raging Bull as well. Steve posted more messages here in the last 11 days than most of the longs posted in the last six months. And nearly all of them are misleading negative hype.
