This is getting old. I am also real close to saying the hell with it and just go to cash and sit on the sidelines for awhile.>> Sheeesh, boy you aint kidding. I am rubbing my eyes to see if that $76 number on jdsu is an illusion or not <ggg>....whoops, now $79, ha...... Ya know, it's kinda funny. I woke up and read the 75 posts or so since I last logged on. Seems like probably 50 or more of them were from folks whining and crying about this that or whatever. Yet dealie told me yesterday that folks lose millions, yet nobody whines but me. Additionally, I see lots of folks asking for lots of advice and opinions from lots of people, yet dealie essentially tells me this wasn't proper for me to do........I still don't really understand, but what can ya do........ As far as the markets go, yes, this is really crazy. Personally, I thought the lack of volume on monday was very positive for the markets after the good close we had last week. Because of that, I was a little shocked to see yesterdays action. Especially so in my holdings. The naz was only down 45 or so, yet I hold alot of jdsu, extr and etc.....and we saw what happened wit...and is happening with those. Speaking of which, there is a strange phenomenon that happens with me....does it happen with anybody else? It seems as though when the market is soaring, I may see some gains, but nothing too dramatic. Yet when the market goes down, it seems as though my stuff goes down 5 times as much as the market in general. I wouldimagine this has something to do with the volatile co's I have my money in....but, if you can't park your cash in thngs like jdsu, extr, intc and etc.....then where can you, ya know? I used to trade a lot of penny stocks. Did great on some things and lost on some things. Realizing this was simply gambling, I figured no more pennies....only quality. I am now having to break out the dictionary to look up and redefine the word quality. I dont think there is such a thing in todays market. Well, lets see how the day goes......I sure hope if we do drop the bottom out, we can regroup some by end of day and then hopefully have a good thursday or friday. good luck today keith Anyway,
