Afraid not, noise comes from the unprofessional wild swinging polls like Newsweek and ABC. Portrait of America has shown outstanding repeatability and reliability in its statistical methodology.

Millions of people aren't changing their mind on a daily or weekly basis, like Newsweek and ABC would have you believe. Therefore, their methods are flawed.

We will know soon enough which one has been closer to the truth all along.
