I saw that. I think that's the way WON has always done it because of the relative unavailability of INDU volume.

I don't think it's a good idea now that the data is available, and I think their cautious comments are indicative of the fact that although the signal is mechanical and only one index is needed, it is highly unlikely that it means a new IT bull run is at hand.
