That is still worse. He was not investing. He was trying to make a quick buck. What next, will he try to sell stuff while he is VP? That too within a day or two?

Neocon, how many IPO's has your broker let you in on? IPO's (in season) are sure things, and one must suck up to broker who has shares to let you buy. Many brokers insist that you agree not to flip, and will cut you off if you do. Apparently Cheney has very friendly brokers. Wonder why.
