You may be right, but I still wouldn't be surprised to see the Nasdaq come back to green.

JDSU will probably stay red till the report, I agree.

Those Jan 120 calls are very cheap, here at 3 1/8. Could triple by then, IMHO.

First time posting in the porch. Have been lurking for a long time. I find your comments insightful and helpful. Thanks. The porch is a nice place to be.

Heard on radio last week that there was a task force formed after the big crash in 1987 to stabilize the market in times of trouble. The person on radio thought that they might have showed up and bought stocks at the 3000 level to bring back the market. Do you think that there is a task force like that?

Did a search and found a link from a student research. I believe a student research would me more truthful than an analyst's research note. It mentions that the central bank supplied liquidity by open purchase of government securities. Wanted to share with you all.
