Heinz,

I don't think it's a case of ramping the DOW; it's more that the retail panic in the first 1/2 hour is over and a typical bounce off the low combined with some strength in financials, i.e., safety.

I would pay more attention to what happens when the European markets close; seems like they've been getting screwed after their close.
