Investors have to wonder what the words "sold out" spoken by the CEO 3 weeks before closing the quarter means. Is this some sort of Clinton-speak?

Steve, some companies would have booked the $300 mil shortfall in receivables and increased the DSOs if they were sure that Q4 was in the bag. Not NT. Wonder why.
