Lawrence Summers report. Bush is the budget-breaker. Takes in less revenues, drains SS to put $$$ in the market long-term and then cannot pay the seniors their share now and cannot afford any social programs he talks about. Higher interest rates and a boom-bust cycle ocne again put into place like Reagan did. Boom for a few years then bust. Not to mention the damage to the environment, slashing social programs we need and putting us deeper into debt.
