The charlatans (aka analysts) have spoken this morning: Solomon Smith Barney: Speculative, outlook tgt $40. LSI Reiterated Neutral (these are the guys are still pissed off from last quarter strictly for personal problems with the management!!) Goldman Scacks: LSI Maintain Market Outperform, slightly better than est. rev in Q Bear Sterns: LSI - Attractive, target $70 Gruntal & Co: LSI Reiterated 1-1, lowering ST/LT targets (previously they had a 12 month target price of $100, but now they may have lowered it to arund $70 or so. I have no knowledge of their target price). Deutsche Banc Alex Brown Views: LSI – Reiterated strong buy – Q3 profit record, higher than estimate and consensus despite storage systems components shortage, now behind UBS Warburg: LSI - Strong Buy, target $62 Well there you have it! It is business as usual!
